Anyone else have the HTC Hero?

I just got mine last week and it is a pretty cool gadget. I have a few tricks/tips to share if anyone has one.

I am with Sprint. So far, I still really like my Hero.

I hear the hero is a nice little phone. I played around with it a few weeks back while considering new phones, and it seemed pretty nice. I didn't however (and from what other reviews have said) there is considerable lag when using the phone. Do you experience any lag?

I'm considering the moto droid, samsung moment or the secret htc dragon/passion. I hear the htc passion is going to come out on blackfriday, but they're pretty much keeping it under wraps. Whatever the case is...i'm rolling hard with an android OS. they're good times.

I have not really experienced any lag but I do not run a lot of apps at the same time. I heard that is the cause. So far, I love the phone.
