Safe temperatures?

What are the safest upper temperatures for Celerons and PIII's? I see some people keeping temps below 115F. Is this the standard to try and keep below?

Thanks chosenfool. 115F(46C) would have been way too high. I am thinking of doing my first attempt at overclocking and was wondering how warm I could go. Lets see how far I can go with my Celeron 500 if anywhere at all.
