Ok, I have my Duron 700 purring at 1 gig with a 10x multiplier.
The cheap ram I have won't let me bump the FSB up any, so I decided to take the plunge into some nice CL2 overclockable Ram. I caught a decent special at the Overclockers Store for some PC150 CL2 guarenteed ram. Anyway, I received the RAM and wasn't even able to run it at PC133 CL2 stable. I did some sniffing around and found Many negative reviews of the site and their products, so I am returning the Ram with my fingers crossed, that they will promptly make good on my order. Now I only ordered 128mbs or RAM from them, and I want more, but I am not going to order more from them until I get my first order right. So I was wondering if any of you fine folks know where I can get some PC133 CL2 ram that I would be able to overclock. Thanks, Wade |

mmm... I got some of that crucial ram. 256MB pc133 Cas2. The only thing that sucks for me is that the price went down by about $50 only 2 weeks after I bought it.
![]() I wish I would have waited, because I only built my system a few days ago, but I wasn't able to buy everything at once. It's good stuff, though from what I have heard. I haven't really done any overclocking yet because I want to get everything setup (hardware, software) before I start messing with oc'ing. I did get 140 x 10 to post (this was before I had anything on my harddrive, so all I could do was post test) on my 1.2Ghz t-bird. ![]() |

Why? That Crucial pc133 CL2 is rated @ like 156 bus.

what chipset does your motherboard use walberty?
if it isnt the kt133a then you shouldnt expect the fsb to go very high at all. no matter what ram you're using. |

I don't have real high expectations, but I want to get good ram none-the-less. |

Hey sorry about your ram not working
I have a 256 and a 128 150cl2 ram sticks for OCZ they overclock perfectly too 150 mhz, don't quite make the 222 cas latency but they do achieve 322 which is fine by me The only problem I have had is that my win2k gives me a clock speed error message whenever i run my ram at cl 222 I was wondering if anyone else had this problem? or is the problem somewhere in my hardware not software I was able to achieve 148mhz cl 222 with the OCZ ram running win98, but when i do it under win2k it just gets messed up. HELP?
