No, it's a Kyro card, based on the PowerVR chip, a slight improvement over the one in the Dreamcast. While it's great for a dreamcast, it isn't really all that impressive in a PC.

Hmm... damn. I didn't even know Hercules made cards other than ones with Nvidia Chips. Maybe, I just never wanted to notice anything else.
