What is a good Athlon (socket A) cooler? I'm not lookign to spend a whole lot, cause I prolly wont o'clock at all, but I'd like to keep it running as nicely as possible, and in the event I do want to o'clock it, I woudl like to be able to do so fairly well.

And where can I get what you recommend for a good price?

If you're looking not to spead too much I suggest an Alpha. Heck if you're not even going to ever over clock then go with a cooltech...

i just ordered a 1.4 athlon with a global win 38 fan for it... its loud as a mofo but you can switch out the fan for a quiet 80mm fan really easily
