You won't be able to find a waterblock in a brick & mortar store. You will need to buy one online. I highly recommend the waterblocks at http://www.dangerden.com They are the best waterblocks available currently.

As for the radiator, if you are looking for something that is very cheap, you can go to your local junkyard and find an old heater core from an automobile. This might not be able to fit inside your case, so if that is something that you are concerned about, you might want to consider some of the radiators specially made for computer watercooling, like the Black Ice or the Big Momma. There is a radiator round-up at procooling.com that is very nice. I personally use the DangerDen Cooling cube, but there was really nothing else available on the market when I purchased it. It cuts my flow down dramatically, so I might be looking for a new radiator soon if I can find someone to buy this one
