I have a Abit KT7A (bios 3r, yes it runs a bit warm) w/AMD 1400.
Just purchased 3 "promo" PC133 CAS 2-2-2 modules from Mushkin. Where do I go to adjust memory timings? Of the available memory types (SDRAM 8/10, normal, medium, fast, and turbo) whats the difference between them? Please help! |

it's in there, i have kt7 and the fastest i believe is turbo, there's also another one that says something about meemory timing or latency and you need to change that to a 2 instead of a 3 cause 3 is default... that's it. there's also a couple of other options like 4way interleave. but read your manual damnit.

yep its in there, under advanced chipset features I believe, and yes turbo is the fastest, can get flaky on turbo sometimes, so if it does, check that for one of your symptoms.
