Dual Monitor Video Card
I am looking to recommondations on Dual monitor cards. Currently I am leaning towards a Maxtrox, but it is not a settled deal.
Will be mostly used for video editing and ocassionally games. Any experiences out there to share? |

From what little I know about multi-monitor video cards, I would agree with your decision for the Matrox. Their claim to fame would be with 2D display and video editing.
The nVidia Geforce and ATI Radeon line of video cards are obviously geared more towards gamers than anyone else. If you do go with a Matrox video card, you might even look into adding one of the Rainbox Runner upgrades depending on your needs. Compatibility would depend on which Matrox video card you went with. For more professional video editing capabilities, you'll have to start shelling out some big bucks. Hope this helps a little bit. ![]() |
