how do i update bios????

I'm a newbie with this computer stuff. How do I update my BIOS? I have an ASUS A7M266 mobo and I went to their site and downloaded the most recent update. I have updated it once before, but forget how I did it. Thanks for the help.

well with in the zip file you downloaded ( I would think it is zip ) there should be a text file the tells you how, or there should be instructions on there site....
