OC an iWill vd133 1st timer ?

I have an iWill VD133 Mobo. From what ive seen it looks easy to OC. I have 733PIII and a slightly OC'd voodoo 4500(+10mghz). RAM: 128 pc133 ram and i have another 128+64PC100 ram that i can use. I heard 133 or 100 doesnt make a big difference but any thoughts on ram would be appreciated(Kingston and some cheap ram from frys that has worked fine for me).
I know its not the greatest board but has anyone oc'd one and what basic steps and safety guidelines should i follow. If no one has used this board, than is there a good site with easy to understand directions for OCing. I don't want to OC it too high just to 900 or so. For x-tra cooling i'd want the simplest, best bang for the buck device available.
