UPS and SHIpping - Whats the deal?

How come when i recieved my video card from

U.S.

it first costs 160 - for the card
then 8 U.S. for shipping

but when i received it i had to pay an extra 30.00 CAD

WTF

with that price i can just get it here

is there n e way to pay less in shipping and handling

call your credit card company and tell them that you did not authorize a charge of 198, you authorized a charge of $168. The credit card company will then ask you to send them a brief letter explaining the situation with a copy of the order confirmation.

Yeah, but it sounded like they were trying to charge him $30 C.O.D., which is actually after the purchase and would not show up on the CC statement. That money would have to come out of his pocket. Sounds like you bought from a sh1tty company.

Well, my solution was much more simple, but might have entailed jail time had you been caught...

and its not illegal

if everyone even tried to do everything by teh book ur A@S would be stuck together
