nVidia: The next Enron?

I was watching a market report show yesterday when they did a brief blurb about nVidia being audited for, as they put it, "creative book-keeping." Suppossedly they [nVidia] falsified reports of their actual assets and possibly profits as well to lure inversters.

Does anyone know anything more about this? I'm trying to verify, but I can't seem to find any other mention of it.

Update:

nVidia now has a brief mention of this on their site, although obviously in far fluffier terms than Marketwatch. You can read the press release here:

So I finally found something in Yahoo's business section (thanks to firingsquad.com for the tip) and it seems that the situation is not nearly as bad as that marketwatch show made it out to be (knock on wood). I guess we'll see...

This is quite possibly the happiest day of my life. I think I will send all my friends to GotApex Games so they can see my crowning achievement!

Today Standard & Poors has also put their debt (which is offically junk status at a rating of B+) on credit watch. Never a good sign.

Looks like some red flags are starting to go up.

Uh-oh. Not a good sign at all. I never exactly loved nVidia, but I don't want them outta the market; bad for competition. ATI would basically have a graphics monopoly, which will not be good for us.
