amd temp
how hot can my processor be?
i have a amd 1.33 ghz and it runs between 75 and 110 degrees farenheit. is this ok? should i invest in more fans? |

those are very good temps. I wouldn't recomend any extra cooling unless you want to overclock.

It's not that bad but how does the temperature varies that much??? I O/C my AXP 1700+ @ 1.60Ghz (1900+ speed) and the CPU temp is around 98F to 100F! I have 4 cases fan though and my computer is pretty noisy!

I have a Athlon 1.2 AXIA running @ 1378 and I average 112F idle. It doesn't seem to vary much though. I drop out of a game after playing for awhile and I check it right away and it is like 120. I'm happy with that. My friend has a 1.4 running @ 1.6 and his average idle is 120.
