Error: NVQTWK.DLL

Hi,
I'm missing a file for my gforce 3 card.
NVQTWK.DLL - .NvXTInit
Nvidia tweak program is a missing file. I'm running detonator 28.32 and would like to know how and what to put in the missing dos file.
I read that you had to use an older version and get the missing file but i dont know how to do that w/out removing the current version. Thanks for any help,

Remove the current version. Re-install the old. Re-install the new.
