Do I need more power? (more than 300w)
Hello,
I am looking to buy some new computer parts and rebuild my system. I am basically getting a 2ghz P4, Asus P4s333 Sis645 mobo, Corsaid 512mb pc2700 ram, IBM 80gig hd. I am using my current case, I think it is the tornado 1000, but it has 5 fans. Also have a hercules 3d prophet II 64mb GF2, DVD, CDRW, TV Tuner card and maybe another HD, and the usual network, sound card etc. Right now I have an AMD 800 in there and a 300w power supply, just wondering if I need to get a 400. Also comments or suggestions on what I plan to get would be fine, not definate yet, first I need a few more paychecks

I doubt that you NEED it, but you might eventually want it.

I am thinking his 300w PS is to old and doesn't have the P4 conectors so he will need a new one anyway, so might as well get a 400+
