What is the difference between Ti4200 and Ti4400?
I thought the only difference was the ammount and speed of the memory. I've noticed on some sites (from pricewatch...those sites) that they advertise the Ti4200 as having a 128bit core and the 4400 and 4600 as having a 256-bit core.
I am thinking of buying either the Ti4200 for $160, the Ti4400 for $200, or the GF3 Ti500 for $130.

I figured it out. With further research I discovered that the GF4 Ti uses a 128bit memory pipeline and a 256bit core bus pipeline. Wierd, but it's fast.
update: I bought one with TV/DVI out for $152 shipped...posted details in deals forum. Last edited by Bires : 06-06-2002 at 08:14 PM. |
