The Thoroughbred is kind of a disappointment. Its heat output per square cm is actually more than a Thunderbird and most review sites didn't get a good overclock out of it. Anyways, the Thoroughbred will be shortlived and will soon replaced by Barton {512 kb L2 cache}. Then Barton will be replaced by Clawhammer. I'm definitely skipping Thoroughbred and waiting for either Barton or Hammer.
