Soundblaster Drive?

This drive is on sale at http://www.compgeeks.com today.
What do you think of this product? Is it antiquated? Would it be a worthy addition to someone like me who enjoys music, especially Karaoke?

i have the same one in my computer and i love it. its not really old yet because the current sb audigy platinum which comes with a live drive is the same thing except it has a firewire port. im sure you already know this, but you need to have a compatable soundblaster live card. its really nice for a front headset and microphone jack and auxilary input. it also has optical in and outs, spdif in and outs and midi in and outs. if you are only going to be using it for playing music and karaoke, usefulness would be at a minimum as the main thing it would do is add a front mic input with a mic level control. but if you are going to be connecting a whole bunch of external audio sources it is very nice and convenient.

as dopey said, it looks like its missing the remote. the remote is something i use a lot. not only for audio, but to control other programs as well. i use it to control ati's tv application, but you can use it to control many multimedia players like wmp, winamp and dvd players as well. ive seen the remote separately for about $30.
