help ! only hear 1 spkr

so i turned my pc on today and only 1 spkr works i checked the balance on the players and windows and they are all on center, its not the spkrs cuz they work fine with my discman

make sure your connection isnt loose. try to use the speakers in the headphone jack to see if it will work from there

i tried headphones and i still only 1 spkr on the headphone

hmmm, maybe try cleaning your ears

Check the multimedia tab in the control panel. There may be some settings there that you are over looking. Also, is the sound that you are trying to play only 1 channel?

Did you check the slider on the balance control in the volume control ap? Could be you moved it over to one side accidently. If not that, get an air can blower thingy and blow it in the hole, might be something in there thats not allowing the connector to wrok completely. But my guess is the balance slider was moved. . .

well.... i think its time to upgrade and get a new one (im using onboard)

try another set of speakers or headphones, its a long shot, but it may work

use a hammer!!!

Anywho...my speakers did that before. I just opened up the bad speaker, and saw the problem. Loose connction...nothing that a sawder couldn't handle!!! been working great since then!
