Question Unreal2003 Benchmark...what do these #'s mean?

My output from the demo version antalus-botmatch:

UT2003 Build UT2003_Build_[2002-09-13_17.31]
Windows XP 5.1 (Build: 2600)
GenuineIntel Unknown processor @ 2162 MHz with 255MB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce4 Ti 4200 (4072)

dm-antalus?spectatoronly=true?numbots=12?quickstart=true -benchmark -seconds=77 -exec=..\Benchmark\Stuff\botmatchexec.txt

15.419397 / 33.491436 / 60.760666 fps rand[28639]
Score = 33.506069

What does the above set of three numbers and "rand" mean?
