If you check out the pictures, the Logitech Cordless Elite Duo has a navigator wheel thing at the left side of the keyboard. I think that's about it. The mouse might be a better mouse but I'm not sure.

I don't think this'll stop anything though - the better you idiot-proof a system, the more impressive the idiot becomes.

The elite duo is a much nicer combo, IMO. The navigator comes with a standard, ambidextrous optical mouse (2 button w/scroll wheel). The elite comes with the Logitech MouseMan Optical, a 4 button right-hand contoured mouse.

The elite duo keyboard has more buttons that you can program to use for shortcuts and to control audio/video applications, if you want to use them. I have the Elite Duo and I love the mouse and keyboard, I just don't use the programmable buttons much. I prefer the Elite over the Navigator because of the MouseMan mouse.

However, I bought this combo before Logitech released the MX700... If the MX700 had been out, I definitely would have gone with that and a corded keyboard. I could NEVER go back to a corded mouse, however...
