Question Web Cam questions

I just bought a couple of Orange Micro iBot web cams for work, and my boss wants to see if I can figure out an easy way to have a teleconference between Mac's and PC's. I thought that this would be simple by just using something like AOL IM or MSN Messenger, but I could not do video on the Mac side of MSN Messenger and I don't think AOL IM supports video at all. Can anyone tell me different? I can't find any good software for the Mac that will allow 2 way communication. Does anyone have any possible solutions?

Thanks alot.

ichat is the official Apple AIM software though i don't think it supports video conferencing yet.

Maybe shareware can help:

Try yahoo messenger... it has a vid cam function that seems to work okay on both Macs and PCs I believe.

I second that. Quick and painless.

Hmmm actually I was not able to get the web cam working on the Mac side using MSN Messenger. I am not sure if the application is quite as robust as it is on the PC side, because I could not find anything about a web cam. I'll check again today. Right now I am thinking that I might have to run Virtual PC on the Mac in order to get it running.

Thanks for your help. Verve, thanks for the link I will check it out
