Hey where on the net can I go to see if there will be any price drops in the near future on P4s, video cards, etc?

A good place to watch are the news pages - http://www.eweek.com, http://www.nwfusion.com, http://www.zdnet.com, etc. They generally get notice of pending price drops early on.
