Big problem. Cant find my win98se disc. Might have to run xp on both systems. Will this cause M$ to come to my house? I'd rather have the different os's but .

Man, I was looking at some of the new boards and I am tempted to put a order in. Those 2.4c's are right up my alley. Too bad they are hard to get right now.

I need a new sound card and some new speakers too. HTPC box would be fun. Gonna be up a few - trying to figure this shiz out.

quietish....

The noisiest things in my comps are:

1-the power supplies-buy vantec if you can afford it, I couldn't.
2-my RAID arrays-they spin at full speed all the time.

I installed sound dampening material and it drops the pitch of the HD noise quite a bit and and the volume alot. Consider spending the $10 for that pax-mat stuff.
