Questions about Ultra ATA

I have a Western Digital 200 GB SE hard drive. I am planning on using a Asus P4C800 Deluxe i875P P4 (800FSB) Skt478 DDR ATX Motherboard w/Audio, LAN, RAID/Serial ATA Retail. The HD comes with an Ultra ATA card, will that work with this motherboard. Also if someone can give me a quick explanation as to what it all means that would be great. I am attempting to build my first computer. So the more I learn now, the better.

Does the motherboard support hard drive larger than 137GB??? Most new motherboards probably do so no need to use the PCI/IDE card.

I'm fairly certain it does since it is a new mobo. It's the Asus P4C800 Deluxe i875P P4 (800FSB) Skt478 DDR ATX Motherboard w/Audio, LAN, RAID/Serial ATA
