Cold Cathodes
Does anyone know how to make a cold cathode dim? I don't actually need one of them to dim as in a light dimmer type of thing, but just lower the brightness, but I don't know how short of painting it with grey or black paint or something along those lines.

if u get a power control for the light, u probably can turn the input power down. Then again, what's the point for black light if it's all dimmed and nothing is glowing.
