OK, this was cool -
I just bought the new 8x Plextor DVDR/RW (PX-708A), and right there on top of the box is a Got Apex quote from LPMiller's review of the PlexWriter Premuim: Quote:

Plextor makes nice optical drives but their prices are above all else.

'bout time Plextor gives you the credit you deserve lpmiller. After all, look how many glowing reviews you've done of their products (well-deserving reviews, I should add).
Yes Plextor is generally more expensive than the competition, but you get what you pay for.
