Using monitor as television
I just purchased the Dell 2001fp 20.1" monitor from the Deals page. Here's my question:
What's the best way to turn it into an "hdtv". I know it has the S-Video and DVI hookups, so can you just plug an HDTV tuner into it via DVI? Are there any other external pieces of hardware (with remote, etC) that work well? Any video card suggestions that could be used similar to a TiVo/DVR? Thanks! -Brett |

Viewsonic sells a few external boxes...I think it's called Nextvision or something.

Some idea to turn your monitor to TV. Don't know about HD quality though.
