Will DVD+R or -R work in my home player?

There's a webpage with a table of hundreds of DVD players and which format they will read. Can anyone find it, or know where it is?

I tried to google it, and I thought it was at dvdplanet.com or dvdtalk.com, but to no avail when I was lookin
