I'm tired of optical mice

Sure they'll track on any surface but I want a mouse that tracks on air. I just want to wave my mouse around to navigate my screen. Let's skip the whole surface thing.

wow. This is the first time I saw this device. I wonder how easy and sensitive to use in the air.

There was a dvice that came out about 5 years ago that could kind of controll left and right movement through thought. You put your finger on a sensor and think left or right. There was a display at Fry's that let you demo it. You try and contoll a skier going down a course. It kind of worked. Maybe if I had a more focused mind it would have worked better. They were supposedly working on the up down control but I never heard of the company again.
