iPod

So I'm trying to decide b/w a regular iPod and the Mini. I will use it a lot when I run so I think the Mini would be better for that but it's hard for me to pass up getting almost 3 times the space for 50 bucks more. I will also use it as portable storage.

Any thoughts?

do you have more than 4 GB of music?

Do you need a small portable FW or USB2.0 drive over 4GB in size?

If you answered no to the above, then consider the mini. If you answered yes, go with the real deal.

You can get a shoulder band for both iPods to use when working out. The original iPod also has several waist bands to attach the iPod too. Both are small enough and light enough to use in the gym. I tend to hold mine or stick it in my pocket while my fiance has a waist band for hers.

Since you will be using it while running, i would consider the midrange iPod, since it comes with a crappy belt clip and a nice remote. The remote is very nice while running. Plus you will get some extra storage and a dock for it.
