well, it's useful in medical offices where privacy is important. you don't want someone seeing that you have genital herpes now do you?

Whats great is that LCD manufacturers worked hard for years to improve the viewing angle, and now we pay *extra* to reduce it again.

The dr office use makes sense, but dr offices tend to be very cheap, because the typical dr doesnt want to spend more than he has to.

I wish that were true at the hospital I work at... Docs get whatever they want, no matter how silly or expensive.
