Looking for a specific kind of steering wheel for PC gaming

I used to have a handheld steering wheel for my PC. It looked kinda like something for a remote control car - one hand held it and handled the throttle and braking, the other hand did the steering. I'm trying to find another and not having any luck.

Anyone know where I can find such a thing?
