Printer Problem
Hi,
I have a Canon S750 printer. I was using it yesterday and it was going OK except that it had started banding when it printed black. Then the yellow cartridge ran out, so I changed it and now all colours come out yellow. I just get black, white and yellow with perhaps a hint of the other colours if I'm lucky. I tried changing the cartridge again for another new one, but I still had the same problem. I've tried cleaning and deep cleaning numerous times. Please can someone suggest what I can do to correct it? Thanks, Joe |

Honestly... Buy an HP next time... (j/k) Personally, I'd call Cannon "tech support" to see what they would suggest... maybe your drum is shot and it is time for a new printer. ![]()

If you bought it at Costco, just return it
![]() Fixing printers is something that I have given up on. It's usually cheaper to buy a new $70 printer than to buy new cartridges or to fix it. So don't feel too bad if you entertain the option of giving up ![]()

Thanks for your help. I did e-mail Canon, but I've got it working again now. I replaced the cyan and magenta cartridges and now it's OK. They weren't completely empty and my computer didn't say they needed changing.
