Wow, you managed to get a RMA? Good job.
 I bought a Video Card which was faulty and I almost had to tear them a new one just to get RMAed, can't immage when you strike it with a screwdriver.

well lets put it this way, i think that it was the screwdriver that did the damage but im not sure, it could have just been faulty....
 it was a large online company but im not going to say which one due to pleading the 5th |
