Cheap color copiers?

A lady in my office wants to be able to make easy color copies of fliers she receives. She could scan something in and then print it with a color printer, but that is too much work I was researching the Canon PC430 but i seems as if their idea of color copying is dual tone. I was wondering if any of you have color copiers in your office and and if so, do you know how much it costs? A Xerox color copier costs $10,000.

would it be more cost effective (ie. cheaper) just to go to Kinkos and let them do it?

She wants to be able to make one very quickly so Kinko's is not an option.

One catch on cheap copiers is that they use more cartriges so in the long run they can cost more. If she does not have a scanner, she may look at an All In One.

Hewlett Packard 610 Color Digital Copier / Printer - $250 (kinda cheating, but it would get the job done faster than scanner + printing since it is integrated)
