Maxtor Maxline III?
HELP, i have tried to find this HD in stock ANYWHERE. NO ONE has this 250 or 300 GB HD in stock. I compared the diamondmax 10 to the maxline III and besides the SATA II features its basically the same drive with a 5 year warranty instead of 1 year. Understood it was designed for low end servers, but i wanna stick this sucker in my home puter. I belive its also rated for a longer life. The price dif is about 8 bucks BUT NO one has it in stock.
Please help. Thanks TrojanMan Save a tree eat a beaver |

Thats the 6B300S0 which is technically the Diamondmax 10. The 7B300S0 is the Maxline III. I have read that they are technically the same but with a different name. Maxtor's cut sheets states that the Maxline III has SATA II features, none of which i needed.
Thanks anyway. |
