Can anyone tell me if there is available to buy a printer cable with a parrallel end (to the printer) and a USB end (to the laptop)?? OR, an adapter for the same configuration? If so, where can I get these? Dell has been NO help at all. I'm new at using a laptop so am not familiar with what is available. I want to hook up my older model printer to my new laptop without going wireless. THANKS so much, joan

Hopefully WinXP will recognize your printer, or the manufacturer has Windows 2K or XP drivers available.

Of you can get a print server and just hook it into your network - and all your computers can print from it!
