PCIe video cards recommendation?
Hi all,
I'm building 2 PCIe systems and need some helps from you guys to decide which 128MB video card to use. Basically it breaks down to 2 groups. (1)6600 v.s. X600 PRO for the minor gaming system (2)6600GT v.s. X700 PRO for the major gaming system Any advice is welcome!! Last edited by Aristo : 04-24-2005 at 09:42 PM. |

dude, there has been 50 bazillion threads on this same general topic.
6600gt and x600 is my best guess as to the quality. the x600 actually got higher score than my 9800 pro, but thats probly just because my 9800pro is made by powercolor... |

1) 6600 is cheaper than the x600 I think and if you want to save more money grab a 6600 turbo cache. Do research 1st cuz there's a few different kinds. I think middle one was the best performance to dollar card.
2)6600GT hands down. Still $10 cheaper and peforms better on most games. Also has nice video playback. -j
