IBM Deathstar Settlement
I got some mail today about the the IBM DeathStar 75GXP class action settlement. Because I had a failure, it looks like I'll get $100. For non-failing drives (I have one of those, too) you get either 25 blank CD-ROMS (with jewel cases) or a certificate for a 15% discount on a future purchase from IBM.com.
