Need new motherboard for Athlon64 3200+

As the title suggests, I need a new motherboard for my Athlon64 3200+
My current one is causing some problems for me, and it doesnt support PCI-Express.
Some guidelines im looking for.

Athlon64 3200+ support
PCI-E
S-ATA
Onboard sound, ethernet
I dont need RAID

Im looking for the cheapest good mobo I can find.

lol. Seriously, with all of the Asus problems going around I think they have been minimized a bit. I haven't been too keen on Abit quality for a while. ECS is out of the question. there aren't too many left.

When I met with DFI in vegas they had great boards. Good components, well cooled, the external audio was nice. I haven't reviewed them personally, but they seem good.

Whoa. That must be one of the first times I've seen a socket 754 with PCI-E capabilities. That's cool though - I thought S754 users were stuck with the existing technologies
