Recommend a good cell phone handsfree headset...

I don't need anything fancy, and I don't have Bluetooth capability. Wired is fine.

The phone is an ancient Samsung ACH-310 - it uses a standard 2.5mm headset jack.

I must have a button in the wire so I can answer the phone (or redial the last number) without flipping it open.

I hate earbuds - it must be over/around-the-ear.

It must have good sound quality - I have owned several, and all have been fair at best in this regard.

Suggestions?

The plantronics MX150 headset is one of the best in sound quality and comfort..
