convert ipod format to mp3

how can i do this?

you cant. there are programs but they degrade the SQ (sound quality) a lot.
you can burn them from MP3 or AAC to a cd and then convert them to AAC or MP3.
it took me a week to understand and I still don't fully accept it. I had a thread on it.
