Infineon is the absolute best memory you can get. Pricey but worth it. You can buy some here infineon rocks!!!

Is this memory Infineon
256MB, Corsair PC-133MHz SDRAM (CM32X64133) 412.00
256MB, MemMan PC-133MHz SDRAM (32X64PC133) 309.00
I was also wondering how are the pny's performance since I looked at the review and it shows that both pny and infeon memory did great I was wondering which I should get thanks

256MB, MemMan PC-133MHz SDRAM (32X64PC133) 309.00

Hmm, you know what? I'm not sure which 256 chip is with infineon. . . I know this one is though 128 Mb. I know you want 256, so, try contacting the place. I have a hunch the memman is the one with infineon 'cause corsair is a complete brand of it's own. Which by the way is just a shy under infineon chips.

corsair only uses micron, samsung, and toshiba chips

go to http://www.mushkin.com and get you a stick with either mosel vitelic or infineon chips.

the pc150 hsdram will definitely get to 150mhz. the high perf rev 2 (mosel vitelic) stick has a really good chance of reaching 150 too (though it's not guaranteed). this is pretty much the best stick of ram you can get. so you could stick your fsb at like 112mhz and then you could set your mem to 150mhz.
