Inno3D GeForce2 MX 32MB AGP Video Card?

Does anyone had experience with Inno3D GeForce2 MX 32MB AGP Video Card?
I've been looking forword to get the best video card aroud $130 and this card is priced at $125 shipped.
It does comes with heatsink but no cooling fan.

http://www.inno3d.com has a list of reviews for this card on the main page. It does seem to get good reviews. http://www.viahardware.com could overclock their card to 210/200. The card does very well with the 5.22 drivers (Det3 are even faster - that's what I use on my GF2 MX).
