(shocky, you might know the answer to this)
Does anyone know if these Yonah cpus are 64 bit? Just curious... It's nice to see a price drop, but only $200? That's not much more than a kick in the pants IMHO...especially if we're talking about a performance drop. Guess I'll be keeping an eye out next year to get one of the end model dual processor G5s...2.7g or whatever they're up to at that point. |

I havent looked into the Yonah cpu's yet, but they will likely support EM64T, which is quasi-64bit. It seems that Intel is pumping the EM64T up to it's 'mainstream' cpu's nowadays, as every new cpu is tending to use it.
