Upgrade tivo HD

Anybody know anything about upgrading tivo harddrive. I think I could just remove and clone in my computer using ghost, but what format does it use? Fat32 or what?

im not really too familiar with TiVos cause i just plain dont have one. but i did buy a replay tv, which should be shipped soon. i wonder which one is better. anyways here is a links that should help you alittle.

before you start opening the unit just be warned that as soon as do it you wil void the warranty. good luck
