I have infinity mains with subs attached and an individual velodyne sub. Should I be running the line from my AV Receiver to each sub individually.(splitting it off from the receiver) Will there be any signal loss?
Or should I just rely on the internal crossovers on the mains and use the sub out for the velodyne only? Thoughts? |

Run the Infinity mains through the L & R output on your reciever, and run the Velodyne via the sub out on the reciever. Overlap the crossover points by about 20 hzt. Go into the setup on the reciever, and you should be able to set the speakers to either "large" or "small". I would probably set them to "small" since you have such a high quality sub. However, experiment with both to see what sounds better.
