Got in on it and now it was not broken. Shipped nicely and can't see how it could of unless if it made the cut in the fedex bowl game. Call them up, real good customer support. Probably was damaged during shipping from panasonic's warehouse to onecall.

Well good to here you're getting it taken care of doubt quality control is onecall's fault. Probably on panasonic's end.

broken tray

my tray was broken when i got it. it sucks that if it is defective we still have to cover shipping. i hope i dont get another defective unit. as for customer service, the line was busy for 3 hours straight when i called. then when i got through they said "welcome to onecall hold please" click. i was on hold for a while. i got rma and the directions were confusing, they changed their address. called back again to double check before sending. when they answered this time the guy said hold on, let me finish this transaction first. after 5 mins i noticed he put me on hold. another guy answers and asks who im holding for. i say no one but i just have a quick question....and then i was cut off with "hold on." 15 mins later i talked to someone who sounded very ticked off that i was calling to double check, he gave me different instructions and didnt mention the address change. I just decided to put my rma number, address, personal info on everybox to be safe. i hope the address the other guy gave me is right. oh yeah, the guy told me panasonics are very reliable and that the tray thing is a rare problem.

sorry, to hear you had that much problem...The several times i called, it was very good customrer service with no time on hold. My guy said they were having problems with the panasonics, but i ordered when panasonic was having problems making enough to keep them in stock. Hopefully they fixed the issues, since i had always recommened panasonic dvds
