recommendations for recievers

I am looking for a new reciever w/plenty of audio and video jacks(hey, i need them for my games). I am looking to spend any from 200-300. I guess i want the best reciever at that price range. I wouldn't mind spending a little more for more features. TIA

i have a sony 575 reciever. I know allot of people slam sony, but i like my system better than the 2 kenwoods my friends have and the onkyo my other friend has.
